Brownie Recipe

Bowl 1:

 ~ 115g melted unsalted butter 

 ~ 30g coco powder

~ 100g brown sugar

~ 100g caster sugar

~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

~ 1 tsp espresso

~ 2 eggs

Bowl 2:

> 100g all purpose flour

> 20g bread flour 

> 1/2 tsp baking powder 

> pinch of salt 

>150g chocolate 

Instructions: 

• Preheat oven to 180°

1. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together

2. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together then add them to bowl 1

3. Gently fold together and then fold in the chocolate

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes
